'Every emotion that you can think of. Happy, sad, laugh out loud and all in-between.'

Listen to these short powerful poems created by people who’ve had radiotherapy for cancer.

Their aim is to encourage more people to talk about radiotherapy and to encourage people to be involved in shaping new research about improving radiotherapy treatments and reducing side effects.

This project was delivered by Vocal, radiotherapy researchers from the NIHR Biomedical Research Centre and Contact. These poems were developed through creative workshops run by Nathaniel Hall. For more information see the case study.
