Finding new treatments for advanced bladder cancer
Researchers would like to talk to patients and hear their views about plans to test new treatments for bladder cancer.
-
Over 10,000 people are diagnosed with bladder cancer in the UK every year.
-
People with advanced or muscle-invasive bladder cancer have limited treatment options and often have poor outcomes.
-
We are running an online discussion to help develop new research on an advanced bladder cancer treatment. The discussion will last for up to two hours and people who take part will receive a payment of £40.
New immunotherapy treatment research for bladder cancer
Take part in an online discussion to help develop new bladder cancer research.
What’s involved?
Join a relaxed informal online group, where everyone will be invited to give their feedback on proposed new research. You’ll hear from researchers about the research first and have a chance to ask questions.
You don’t need to have any previous experience to take part, just be happy to share your views in a group discussion.
The aim of the discussion is to help researchers find out if the research they want to do will be acceptable to patients. You won’t be taking part in the research project.
Who can take part?
We would like to speak to people who either have bladder cancer or who have previously had bladder cancer.
