Have your say in a new MSK project about MSK conditions
There are a wide range of muscoloskeletal (MSK) conditions, people are affected differently and manage their conditions in different ways. Researchers and Vocal are working together with patients to develop a new project that will increase wider awareness and understanding about living with MSK conditions.
-
According to Versus Arthritis, musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions such as arthritis and back pain affected an estimated 18.8 million people across the UK in 2017.
-
Only 34% of people in England with arthritis or ongoing problems with back or joints said they had a conversation with a healthcare professional from their GP practice to discuss what is important to them when managing their condition.
-
Join our online discussion to share your experience and shape a new project. The discussion will last an hour and a half and people who take part will receive a payment of £30.
Have your say
Take part in an online discussion to help develop a new project on people’s experiences of MSK conditions.
Share your views
Join an informal online group discussion, where people will be invited to share their experiences of having a muscoloskeletal (MSK) condition. Topics will include your opinions about movement and self-management of your MSK condition.
You don’t need to have any previous experience of research to take part, just be happy to share your views in a group discussion.
The aim of the discussion is to help shape a new project and ensure that it is relevant and useful for people with MSK conditions and that it will increase wider public awareness.
